Licence fee

• Initial New Licence fees £10,000 (For 10years)

Franchise royalty fee

• Nil for gross sales on weekly revenues up to £4,000.00. (gross sales)
• £50.00 per week for revenues £4,001.00-£7,000.00. (gross sales)
• £100.00 per week for revenues £7001.00-£10000.00. (gross sales)
• £150.00 per week for revenues exceeding £10001.00. (gross sales)

Advertising contribution

• 2% of Sales

Estimated shop fitting and equipment.

To shop fit and equip a 1,100 sq ft new store to Sam’s standards will cost around £230,000. This is in addition to the lease/freehold cost of the building. Sam’s is providing these figures to assist you to analysing your proposed restaurant construction. These estimates are based upon the experience on construction of company owned restaurants.
